It's safe to say that when I spotted the Victoria's Secret section in duty free at the airport recently, I was like a kid in a sweet shop! Not only have I lusted over their underwear on multiple occasions but I've also wanted to try some of their fragrances for such a long time. As I was in such a rush before my plane left without me and my boyfriend was moaning at me for taking so long, I didn't have the time to have a proper sniff at what VS had to offer, so picked up the one that appealed to me the most from the description of scent on the bottle which happened to be 'Sheer Love' - the white cotton and pink lily scent. It's amazing! I'm a huge fan of body mists as they're perfect to carry around with me in my handbag for those times when I'm feeling hot and sticky or just need a light refreshing scent to make me feel girly again throughout the day.
Sheer Love is a really beautiful, soft fragrance with refreshing floral notes which is not overpowering in the slightest but lasts for a substantial amount of time compared to most body mists. As it's so light, it's extremely wearable and you can still give yourself a little spritz before you walk out of the door without it interfering with the smell of your perfume. The fact that it's quite sweet may not be to everyones taste, but I would describe it as a really cute, feminine scent that instantly makes me feel good about myself. The fragrance is infused with conditioning aloe vera and calming chamomile which soothes the skin and comes in handy if you're suffering from sun burn whilst on holiday. I can't believe I've only just tried the Victoria's Secret scents as they are to-die-for!
I've had so many compliments when wearing Sheer Love which makes me want to try out the others even more. Not only do the mists smell amazing, but the bottle is huge too (250ml) which means that there's no danger of it running out any time soon. If you head over to the Victoria's Secret website, there are a few offers on at the moment where you can save money by purchasing a few of the scents. You'll thank me later!
Have you tried any VS body mists before? Which one is your favourite?
